Is FieldStake just software?
No. It's a service package from Greenspan Business Growth Systems, LLC: the FieldStake app, a website, your Google Business Profile, one Google Ads campaign, call tracking, and hands-on setup. There's no software-only plan.
Who is it for?
Landscaping, hardscape, concrete, fencing and deck contractors. The first call is about your jobs, your crew, and whether FieldStake fits the way you work.
Can I see it before I decide?
Yes. Create your account, or talk to us first, and we'll walk you through FieldStake with your business in mind. Start with whatever eats the most of your day: unfinished bids, crew paperwork or chasing deposits.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. You and your crew can check the day's jobs and log hours, photos, receipts and mileage from their phones. There's no waiting until you're back at a desk.
Will my crew actually use it?
Their part is short: the day's jobs, hours, time off, photos, receipts and mileage. We train them during setup, so they learn the few things they need and nothing they don't.
Do I have to change how I price?
No. FieldStake is set up with your own services, day rate, markups, minimum job and deposit split. The AI quoting assistant only uses the work you do and the prices you set, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
Can I bring my customer list?
We go over what you use now during setup, including your customer list, your current website and the tools you rely on. We'll tell you straight what comes across easily and what takes more work.
Who holds my money?
You do. Your customers pay straight into your own Stripe account. FieldStake never holds, spends or touches your money.
Is the ad budget included?
No. Your package includes one Google Ads campaign, but the ad spend is separate. Google bills your own account directly, and we never collect it or mark it up. Domain registration and Google Workspace are separate too.
Does Business replace my accountant?
No. Business tracks job costs, shows estimated margins, gets crew hours ready for payroll, and exports your records for your accountant. It doesn't run payroll or file taxes.
How do I know when we're live?
We review everything together before handover. Then your app and website are handed over, and go-live is confirmed in writing.
What if I leave?
Your customer list and job history belong to you. You can download your records from Settings anytime.
